Job Title: Card Services Call Center Representative
Pay: $27.00/hour

We are seeking a Card Services Call Center Representative for a credit union client. This role is responsible for assisting members with fraud and dispute claims related to debit, credit, and ATM cards through phone, online banking, mobile banking, and branch requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle fraud and dispute claims for card transactions and process provisional credits when required
  • Investigate suspicious activity and contact members to verify transactions
  • Update dispute and fraud management systems and maintain accurate records
  • Assist members with blocked transactions, digital wallet questions, and card service requests
  • Communicate with internal teams, branches, and vendors to resolve issues
  • Monitor transactions and help identify potential fraud trends

Qualifications:

  • Recent call center experience in a financial institution or card services environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Regulations E & Z and card dispute processes preferred
  • Experience with systems such as Symitar, CO-OP DataNav, MasterCard, or PULSE is a plus
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
