Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Collar Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding equipment used to produce collars or molded components according to company specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with production machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate collar molding machines used in production

• Monitor machines to ensure products meet quality and production standards

• Inspect molded collars for defects, shape accuracy, and proper fit

• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and cycle times

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of molds and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

• Assist with loading raw materials and removing finished products

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred

• Experience with molding machines is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs

• Good attention to detail and quality control

• High school diploma or GED preferred
