Salary: $20-$25/hr DOE

Hours: M-F. 25-30 hours a week to start. Must be flexible as schedule may vary throughout the week.

 

Responsibilities:

The Customer Engagement Specialist helps to qualify, recruit, and enroll eligible customers in utility load management programs. The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for program promotion, recruitment, guiding customers through the enrollment process, and answering any questions they may have. It is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Other Specific Responsibilities:

        Identify potential customers and recruit them by providing compelling information regarding the benefits of applicable utility programs

        Assist customers with the enrollment process, including reviewing eligibility criteria and completing necessary forms

        Answer customer questions about the program and provide information about savings potential

        Maintain accurate and complete customer records and enrollment data

        Assist with program research and promotion, including demographically targeted print and digital campaigns to increase enrollments

        Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful implementation and execution of the program(s)

        Meet enrollment goals and targets set by management

        Manage incoming customer phone calls and e-mail requests.

        Resolve customer complaints, and facilitate satisfactory resolution via phone, email, or mail.

        Facilitate coordination with project managers in an attempt to expedite the timely resolution of internal and external escalated customer complaints.

        Organize and distribute program collateral materials as requested.

        Monitor customer call ticketing system closely with an emphasis on expedient call ticket resolutions.

        Communicate effectively with the Director of Operations and Manager of Field Engineering.
