Job Summary: 

 

Production position plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, follows established procedures, and contributes to smooth workflow across the department.

• Production & Assembly
• Perform job inspections to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
• Execute Ad Hoc Job Assembly, supporting custom or project specific production needs.
• Complete POD (Print on Demand) jobs, ensuring timely and precise output.
  Run PM Jobs as scheduled and according to established specifications.

Location: Park 100

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm  Monday-Friday.

Pay:  $18

Qualifications: 

• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and escalating issues.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment.
• Familiarity with job specific machinery or print finishing equipment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
