Maintenance Tech (semi skilled)

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary: 

• General apartment maintenance.
• Will work the grounds as well as taking out the trash.
• Work on special projects, turn units, take and complete work orders.
• Responsible for approximately 265 units.

Location: West Indianapolis, IN.

Position Type: Evaluation hire.

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Pay:  $22-24/hr based on experience.

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• No certifications needed.
• Some HVAC experience is good.
