Direct Hire Opportunity

Join a growing aseptic beverage manufacturing facility as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, direct hire position with career growth opportunities, hands-on work, and skill development across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and filter units

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep production lines running efficiently

  • Maintain equipment logs and documentation in compliance with GMP and SOPs

  • Support engineering, quality, and production teams with process improvements and troubleshooting

  • Conduct daily checks on facility systems and wastewater operations

  • Perform minor facility and building maintenance as needed

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing

  • Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting industrial machinery

  • Knowledge of motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and production equipment

  • Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and P&IDs

  • Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour weekend shifts

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Multi-trade exposure: HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, welding, plumbing, compressors

  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing

  • Participated in root cause analysis or process improvement initiatives
