Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

A growing manufacturing company in Mills River is seeking Night Shift Production Operators to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to start with a company that promotes from within—many of their Team Leads and Supervisors began in this role.

In this position, you will be trained on several key production machines and develop the skills needed to grow within the operation.

Machines You’ll Train On

• Grinder
• Slitter
• Packager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed
• Load materials into production equipment
• Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure they meet specifications
• Help maintain machines and keep production running efficiently
• Support the team with other tasks as needed

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Three-day weekends every week

What They’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
