Customer Service Associate

Location: West Chester, OH

Compensation: $22.50/hr

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Superior planning and multi-tasking abilities to handle complex logistics and order flows simultaneously.

• High level of comfort with PC platforms and MS Office suite; experience with ISO standards or Datacor ERP is a strong plus.

• Ability to leverage technology to provide high-quality service and maintain meticulous records of customer activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery across phone, email, and web channels, ensuring accuracy through a rigorous double-check process.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with the production team to meet customer requested delivery dates.

• Arrange transportation with 3rd-party logistics providers and ensure freight costs are accurately recorded in the Datacor system.

• Manage customer expectations by providing real-time updates on order status, delivery commitments, and problem resolution.
