Position Overview

Associates will perform packing, inspection, and light assembly of toothpaste and personal-care products in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a long-standing, high-volume client.

Shifts

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
8–12-hour schedules depending on line needs
Overtime may be required based on production demands

Pay

$14.25–$14.75/hr depending on shift assignment
Weekly pay through Express

Key Responsibilities

Pack finished toothpaste and related products into boxes or trays
Inspect product for quality standards (no dents, no leaks, proper fill, correct labeling)
Load/unload items on assembly line
Stack and palletize product as needed
Follow verbal and written instructions
Maintain clean workstation and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or packing experience is a plus, not required
Ability to stand 8–12 hours
Light to medium lifting
Strong attendance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced line environment
