Glass Vial Autopacker – 7am to 7pm (3 Days On / 3 Days Off)We’re hiring a Glass Vial Autopacker to join a fast-paced, safety-focused production team. This role operates automated packing equipment, inspects glass vials, and ensures products meet quality standards before shipment. Shift & Schedule• 7am–7pm• 3 days on / 3 days off rotating schedule• Built-in work/life balance with long weekends every cycle What You’ll Do• Operate automated vial-packing machinery• Inspect glass vials for defects, cracks, or inconsistencies• Keep production lines stocked with materials• Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures• Meet production and quality goals as part of a team What We’re Looking For• Strong attention to detail• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift• Comfortable working around automated machinery• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude *Physical Requirements• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
