Job Summary:
The Roll Handler is responsible for safely transporting rolls of raw materials and finished products between storage, production, and shipping areas. This role involves operating material handling equipment and supporting production teams by ensuring materials are properly staged, labeled, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move rolls of raw materials and finished goods between storage, production, and shipping areas.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists to transport large and heavy rolls safely.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of rolls for production use.

• Assist machine operators with loading and unloading rolls onto production equipment.

• Inspect rolls for damage, defects, or labeling issues during handling.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have pole hyster experience 

• Previous experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred.

• Ability to safely handle large and heavy materials.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) may be required.
