Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Production Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for handling raw materials, operating mixing and blending equipment, packaging products, and assisting with shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment and following precise formulation and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently

• Measure raw materials using calibrated scales to ensure accurate formulations

• Operate mixing and blending equipment according to production procedures

• Package raw materials following formulation and processing guidelines

• Fill, seal, and prepare drums and containers for storage or shipment

• Label products and containers accurately in compliance with company standards

• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products when required

• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including preparing outgoing orders

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety policies and quality control procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

• Ability to follow written instructions and formulations accurately

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
