We are looking for a dependable Sheet Metal Assembler to join our client in Blandon. This position involves assembling sheet metal panels, installing components, and preparing finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

 

Sheet Metal Assembler

Pay: $20/Hour

 Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm                

 Location: Blandon, PA

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with team members to assemble sheet metal panels according to specifications

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

• Operate a rivet gun to fasten panel components

• Cut and install sound insulation foam as required

• Bolt panels and hardware together following instructions

• Assist with loading and securing sheet metal panels into shipping crates

• Inspect components to ensure quality and proper assembly

• Other duties assigned 

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

• 2+ years of steady assembly, manufacturing, or sheet metal experience

• Experience using hand and power tools (nail gun, radial arm saw, panel saw, impact gun)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and visual instructions

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
