⚡ Journeyman Electrician –EV Project (Immediate Openings/Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity!)

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key liaison between the field team and other departments.

• Read, interpret, and communicate blueprints, load calculations, and single line diagrams; mark maps for conduit runs and electrical equipment.

• Install single- and three-phase electrical equipment per engineering plans, NEC guidelines, and OSHA standards.

• Perform site readiness surveys and load studies as needed.

• Install conduits and electrical equipment with minimal guidance, evaluating job sites to ensure proper placement and adherence to plans.

• Follow all safety standards, proactively identify hazards, and communicate concerns to management.

• Maintain preparedness: arrive on time, with all necessary tools and a positive attitude.

• Complete daily timekeeping via mobile app and clean up work areas.

• Support and guide team members as needed, helping everyone succeed.

• Grow your expertise in the EV industry!

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid State of California General Electrician License (Journeyman).

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.

• Experience supervising or guiding teams of 4+.

• Strong knowledge of 208-480V, three-phase electrical systems and circuits, including proper sizing, positioning, and code requirements.

• Solid understanding of NEC and local codes.

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (criminal and MVR background checks required).

• Willingness to travel to job sites up to 2 hours from warehouse/meeting points daily.
