Assistant Property Manager

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a part‑time Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager of a local apartment complex during their busy leasing season.

This temporary role is perfect for someone interested in property management, real estate, or gaining hands‑on experience as a leasing agent, leasing consultant, or assistant property manager. No prior leasing experience is required—just a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

About the Role

This position provides flexible, part‑time support to the Property Manager with day‑to‑day property management and leasing tasks. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly during the apartment complex's peak season while gaining valuable exposure to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to incoming leasing leads
• Schedule and coordinate property tours
• Assist with general administrative tasks and office support
• Provide customer service to prospective residents
• Support the Property Manager and leasing team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

This role touches many aspects of property management and leasing, making it a great stepping‑stone for anyone exploring a future as a property manager, assistant property manager, or leasing consultant.

Schedule & Duration

• 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule based on your availability
• Temporary role running from now through approximately June

Compensation

• $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience
