Pay: $23–$30/hr DOE

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 2:45pm–12:45am | OT Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Weld, join, and repair metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints & schematics
• Lay out and align parts for structural steel products
• Perform full‑penetration welds and UT‑quality work
• Operate grinders, fabrication tools, and welding equipment
• Maintain production records and meet quality standards

What You Need:

• 3–5 years welding experience OR welding education/training
• Experience with Flux‑Cored, Metal‑Cored, or SMAW preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Strong attendance and safety mindset

Day Shift | Full‑Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Fabricate custom parts using plasma cutters, brakes, mills, etc.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols
• Assist with machining, forming, and assembly
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

Qualifications:

• 2+ years welding/fabrication experience
• Strong blueprint reading & measurement skills
• Welding certification a plus (not required)
