Salary: 16/hr
A houseman assists the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel, guest floors, and public areas stay clean, organized, and well-stocked so guests have a comfortable stay.
Deliver clean linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms.
Restock housekeeping carts and maintain supply inventory.
Clean public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobby areas.
Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Assist room attendants with deep cleaning tasks or special projects.
Respond to guest requests quickly and politely.
Follow hotel safety and sanitation standards.
Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not always required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to about 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
