Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Welders with 4+ years of MIG, Stick, and TIG experience to support fabrication and field installation projects. This role offers steady work, challenging builds, and early‑morning shifts for those who thrive in high‑performance environments. Candidates must be confident working outdoors, reading blueprints, and producing clean, structurally sound welds in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Stick, and TIG welding on structural and fabricated components

• Complete field installation work at various job sites

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification

• Operate boom lifts and other field equipment safely

• Follow all OSHA and site‑specific safety procedures

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

• Work independently or as part of a field crew

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years welding experience (MIG / Stick / TIG)

• D1.1, 3G welding certification

• OSHA‑10 certification

• Boom lift certification

• Strong fabrication and installation skills

• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments

• Reliable transportation for early‑morning jobsite travel
