Located in Quitman, GA

Express is looking for a reliable Receptionist for one of our great Quitman clients

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

The chosen candidate will assist as needed throughout the office include but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering phones and greeting guests.
2. Administrative duties: Filing, Data entry, Process Orders, etc.
3. Input and file Work Orders.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

1. Customer Service;
2. Computer Skills;
3. Phone Etiquette & multiple phone lines

 

 

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs .
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in both quiet and high-traffic environments.
