What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to resource for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
• Provide accurate price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and quotations efficiently.
• Review CAD drawings and internal documents to obtain basic parts information.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in industrial sales preferred.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Personality: Customer-focused, diplomatic, and able to project a positive corporate image.
• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable!
