We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial carpentry and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety. This role involves working closely with crew members and supervisors to complete a wide range of carpentry tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform framing, formwork, rough carpentry, and/or finish carpentry
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber and other materials
• Install structures and fixtures such as cabinets, frames, flooring, and trim
• Build and install forms for concrete foundations (if applicable)
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and carpentry equipment
• Ensure all work meets project standards and building codes
• Follow jobsite safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress to supervisors

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read construction plans and work independently or in a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required
• Experience in framing, finish carpentry, or form carpentry is a plus
