About the Role
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving profitable sales growth. This role is focused on expanding existing customer business while seeking new opportunities through remote engagement via phone and Teams
Key Responsibilities

Qualifying House Accounts for future growth
-
Training customers on the company Website, Mobile App, Team support, Backroom, etc
-
Utilising Teams and phone calls to connect with customers2 times a year per account at a minimum

Collaboration with internal team/POD to drive customer experience

Tracking all customer activities (visit reports, opportunities, campaigns, sample orders) through Dynamics CRM and use all tools associated within the CRM
-
Align customer expectations with company resources to create and manage product, services, pricing, and support systems to maintain and grow profitable sales.

Schedule and execute quarterly business reviews via Teams with core accounts to increase market share and territory productivity.
Success Metrics: Success of the Sales Specialist will be measured by customer growth year over year in the following categories:
- Moulding Sales/Units/GM$
- Artique Units
- Join Mix/Units
- % of online orders versus customer service
- Corner sample activation
- Identification of new accounts and growth within the customer account
- Customer profitability
Preferred Qualifications:

2–4 Years of Sales Experience with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

Strong Product & Market Knowledge with the ability to understand services, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

CRM & Sales Technology Proficiency including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for pipeline management and client tracking.

Negotiation, Presentation & Solution Selling Skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and propose value-driven solutions.

Active Listening & Customer-Focused Approach to identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions.

Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Relationship-Building Skills with clear and confident verbal and written communication.

Self-Motivated, Resilient & Goal-Oriented with strong time management, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing industry.
