Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant

Pay: Up to $26/hr

We are seeking caring, motivated Medical Assistants (MAs) and Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our team across multiple hospital departments and urgent care clinics. This role supports physicians and clinical teams through a mix of administrative duties and hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative and patient care tasks to support physicians and clinical operations.
Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and exam preparation.
Support daily clinic flow, including scheduling, patient access, registration, and insurance verification as needed.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and established procedures.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:
Completion of a program in Medical Assisting , or Certified Medical Assistant
Nursing student with at least one semester of clinical fundamentals and a pharmacology course completed; OR
Minimum of Six (6) months of medical assisting experience within the last 3 years
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
