We are now hiring Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift in Merrill, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that values teamwork, quality, and career development.

Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | $18.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. | $20.50/hr
• Overtime available on Fridays

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process by:

• Operating and setting up machinery for production,
• Inspects work in progress using equipment necessary and outlined in Quality or work instructions.
• Checks visually for poor threads.
• Check blanks for mixed stock and for foreign products.
• Responsible for quality of own work.
• Move material/parts with a fork truck or other mobile equipment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills
