Follow direction from the supervisor regarding daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sanitation tasks

Use required safety equipment when working with caustic chemicals according to each SSOP

Clean dough, residue, and buildup from machinery, equipment, and structural areas
-
Wash, rinse, and sanitize pots, pans, mixing bowls, conveyors, ovens, and other equipment
-
Degrease equipment as scheduled
-
Mop, deck brush, and squeegee floors during washdowns
-
Use assigned cleaning chemicals according to SSOP requirements
-
Clean ceilings, pipes, fans, walls, and other non‑production areas as assigned
-
Clean processing equipment, roof areas, and structural surfaces following specific procedures
-
Follow all GMP, SOP, Food Safety, SSOP, and Health & Safety policies
-
Maintain accurate cleaning records when required

Inspect assigned equipment and areas before reporting completion to the supervisor

Remain on duty until the supervisor confirms the assignment is fully completed
-
Perform tasks from the Master Cleaning Schedule

Complete daily and special assignments and assist in training other workers as directed
-
Perform additional sanitation or support tasks as needed
-
Lift up to 50 pounds, stack and carry totes or pans, and remove blades or components as required
