Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of recycled rubber products, and we are currently hiring for a Die Cutter in Brantford. If you are team player who enjoys a challenge and meeting targets, this position might be for you!

Here is What You Will Be Doing

• Identify and separate product according to SOP’s
• Meeting high demand production targets
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Accurately and legibly fill out production paperwork and downtime tracking
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and or maintenance staff
• Identify quality concerns quickly and effectively
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness

Are you Qualified?

• Have strong working knowledge of Lockout Tagout Procedures
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail
• Good mechanical skills for small repairs
• Previous forklift experience to be considered an asset

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Use of hand and power tools
• Use of hands in a repetitive motion
• Lifting up to and including 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, crouch, twist, push and pull
• Standing for long periods of time
• Working in a loud manufacturing environment
