Location: Dayton, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st and 2nd shift 
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and motivated Mechanical Assembly Technician for a manufacturing company in Dayton, Ohio. This role focuses on building and assembling industrial fan units in a fast-paced environment where meeting production deadlines is important. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble industrial fan units and related mechanical components
• Read and follow work instructions and measurements accurately
• Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete assemblies
• Work at a steady pace to meet production turnaround times
• Lift and position motors and components weighing up to 60 lbs (crane assistance available when possible)

Requirements:
• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English (bilingual is a plus)
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
