Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $26.00-$31.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00/HR

Duties:

  • Assist with loading and unloading product from production equipment.

  • Locate, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to support production needs.

  • Load and unload parts washing machines and hand‑wash parts when required.

  • Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and strip parts.

  • Perform general plant cleanup, painting, and basic organizational tasks.

  • Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and other lifting devices to move materials safely.

  • Follow all plant safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or labor‑intensive environment.

  • Prior experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material‑handling equipment.

  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning, sandblasting, or parts‑washing processes.

  • General mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience in a production environment.

  • Basic computer and data‑entry skills for logging work and completing documentation.

  • Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks, including lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stooping for extended periods.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
