Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to prepare properties for new residents. This role involves cleaning, performing minor repairs, and ensuring units are move-in ready. Candidates with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize apartments, homes, or commercial spaces thoroughly.

• Perform minor repairs, including painting, patching walls, and fixing fixtures.

• Conduct basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

• Perform basic electrical tasks, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.

• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance, such as filter changes and minor system checks.

• Inspect units for damages or maintenance issues and report as needed.

• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other minor components.

• Coordinate with property management to ensure units meet quality standards.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, make ready, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning equipment.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
