Schedule: M-F 8am-5m, 1 hour lunch

Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Salesperson to support daily operations at our client. This position works closely with ownership, vendors, customers, and the sales team to maintain efficient operations and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide inside sales support to walk‑in, phone, and email customers
• Partner with ownership to maintain a positive, customer‑focused environment
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Work with outside sales staff to support ongoing account management
• Assist with daily shipping & receiving
• Prepare UPS and LTL shipments, including BOL documentation
• Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Manage inventory levels and reorder products as required
• Perform general office tasks including phones, email, light admin work
• Self‑manage the office when owners are absent
• Use basic computer systems for sales, inventory, and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a customer‑facing environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable, self‑directed, and able to work independently
• Background check required
