Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and credits

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and shipping

Work with sales, warehouse, inventory, and other departments to fulfill orders

Investigate and resolve order, shipping, or billing issues

Follow up with customers on order status and service requests

Maintain strong customer relationships and identify add-on sales opportunities

Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Lift 50 pounds

1+ year of customer service or sales experience, Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; JDE preferred), Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication and problem-solving skills
