Key Responsibilities

• Follow documented step-by-step imaging procedures for new desktop computers
• Configure systems according to company standards and verify successful deployment
• Perform quality checks to ensure all devices meet required specifications
• Re-package desktop units safely and securely for shipment
• Label, document, and prepare packages for distribution to TFC branches across the country
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace within the staging area
• Communicate any imaging issues or hardware failures to the supervisor
• Track completed units and update inventory logs as required

Requirements

• Previous experience with computer imaging, hardware setup, or IT support preferred (but not always required)
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures accurately
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC hardware components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to lift and move boxed desktop units as needed
