Salary: $27/Hour

Express Employment Professionals in Terrell has partnered with a Metal Fabricating Shop in Wills point and We are currently looking for Candidates with Shop supervisory Experience

 

• Supervise and Lead Fabrication shop Employees
• Assign and Monito daily production tasks 
• ensure products meet quality specifications
• Mainitain a safe and organized work space 
• coordinate workflow to meet production deadlines
• Assist with training and development of shop staff

Qualifications- 

• Prior lead or supervisory experience 
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings 
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as CNC machine, and Welding Equipment (Mig and Tig) 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
