Event Booth Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Event Booth Attendant to represent a local organization at a Tournament. The associate will be the attendant at a promotional table, greet attendees, and distribute promotional items and informational materials to visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with the public and representing a professional organization.

Responsibilities:

• Staff promotional table during event hours

• Greet attendees and answer basic questions

• Distribute promotional items and informational materials

• Maintain a welcoming and professional presence at the booth

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to sit or stand at a booth for extended periods

Temporary Position:

Hours are 12:00pm-7:00pm on March 12-13 and March 19-20. Pay rate is $10.00/hour

Dress Code:

Clean casual attire such as jeans and athletic shoes. A volunteer shirt will be provided and must be worn during the event.
