Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a corporate cleaning company located in Covina, CA.

 

Starting pay is $16.00-$17.00/HR

 

Full Time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 PM, temp to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and distributing the incoming calls
• Manage small accounts (after training has been completed)
• Complete After Service Review calls and emails

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of relevant experience as either a CSR or Administrative Assistant
• Must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel (Creating Spread Sheets, moving adding columns/rows/gridlines, etc.)

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
