Position: General Maintenance (Physical Plant)Status: Full Time / Split ShiftSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime available)Pay Range: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general mechanical systems
Safely use and maintain hand tools
Assist with team projects and tasks as assigned
Keep work areas organized and follow proper safety protocols
Basic skills in:
Plumbing
Electrical
Carpentry
General mechanical work
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Team player with good work ethic and accountability
Must pass drug screen and background check
