We are seeking dependable and highly organized Construction Coordinators to support electrical and industrial project work at customer job sites. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in construction environments, coordinating materials and project activities, and who are willing to travel when needed to support projects across multiple states.

 

Location: Kansas City, KS (Fairfax Industrial Area)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Typical placements average around $24.50/hr depending on experience.

Position Summary

The Construction Coordinator supports project operations at active customer job sites by assisting with coordination of materials, site logistics, and project activities. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic construction environment.

Candidates may begin working locally in the Kansas City area, but must be highly mobile and willing to travel to project locations in other states such as Georgia, Ohio, Oklahoma, and other regions as business needs require.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs for construction projects

• Support field teams with organization and logistics at customer job sites

• Track and manage materials such as wire, conduit, electrical components, and other supplies

• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel

• Monitor jobsite needs and ensure materials are delivered where needed

• Maintain organized documentation of project materials and orders

• Assist with inventory coordination and staging of materials

• Support safety and operational standards on construction sites

• Adapt to changing jobsite priorities and project timelines

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to travel and relocate to project sites as needed

• Comfortable working on active construction job sites

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in team environments

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in construction, electrical supply, or industrial environments

• Experience coordinating materials or supporting jobsite logistics

• Familiarity with electrical distribution materials such as wire, conduit, or panels

• Previous project coordination or field support experience
