The ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Experience operating printing or manufacturing equipment preferred

• Ability to monitor and adjust machines to maintain quality production standards

• Strong attention to detail and product quality

• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

In this role, associates will assist with operating printing equipment used to produce wrapping paper and gift products, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.
