Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

The ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced stamping/metal production setting

• Strong attention to safety and quality standards

• Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

In this role, associates will assist with operating and supporting stamping machines used in the production of charcoal grills, ensuring parts meet quality standards and production goals.
