Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse / Customer Service Representative for a well-established landscaping supply company in the Madison area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the service counter and provide product information and support
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Answer incoming calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiries
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing materials
• Load/unload trucks and help prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Operate within the warehouse to support daily operations
• Occasionally drive materials locally (if applicable)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or service desk experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and systems (Excel experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, twisting)
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
