A pharmaceutical warehouse in DeForest, WI is hiring Receiving Associates to package, label, and process incoming veterinary products. In this role, you will help unload trucks, operate a pallet jack, complete receiving paperwork using AS400, and assist with order picking as needed. Most items are small veterinary products, though some packages may weigh up to 40 lbs. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments

• Operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Process receiving paperwork using AS400

• Verify incoming shipments and assist with inventory tracking

• Package and label veterinary products for distribution

• Assist with order picking when needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Warehouse or receiving experience is a plus

• Experience with AS400 systems is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
