This role ensures accurate, consistent output of high-quality printed materials while meeting production deadlines. Operators are expected to troubleshoot issues, inspect output, and keep the press running efficiently throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities - Operate the HP Indigo 12K digital press during 2nd shift hours with minimal supervision. - Set up jobs according to press specifications, job tickets, and color standards. - Monitor print quality continuously, making real-time adjustments for color, alignment, and registration. - Perform routine maintenance and calibrations (ILC, blanket changes, etc.). - Follow daily job queues and report any issues that may delay production. - Complete production logs and submit accurate shift reports. - Work with prepress and finishing teams to ensure proper handoff of jobs. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area according to plant guidelines. - Identify and escalate mechanical issues to maintenance when needed.
