Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Night Shift Dispatcher to join our towing company in Shreveport, LA. This position is responsible for answering service calls, dispatching drivers, and coordinating towing and roadside assistance during overnight hours while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services

• Dispatch drivers to service calls and track job progress

• Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates on service times

• Enter call details and service information into the dispatch system

• Prioritize emergency or high-priority calls

• Maintain accurate records of service requests and driver activity

• Provide professional and calm customer service during high-volume periods

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple calls at once

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
