Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join a towing company in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for coordinating towing and roadside service calls, communicating with drivers, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services

• Dispatch drivers to service calls and monitor job progress

• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers to provide updates

• Enter call details and service information into the dispatch system

• Coordinate schedules and prioritize emergency or high-priority calls

• Maintain accurate records of service calls and driver activity

• Provide professional customer service while handling high call volumes

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Reliable and punctual
