BANQUET SERVER

Mid-Level (1–3 yrs, plated dinner experience) $20.00/hr

Senior (3+ yrs, fine dining/high-profile) $24.00/hr

Captain/Lead (supervises floor staff) $28.00/hr

 

BARTENDER

Mid-Level (1–3 yrs, full bar, events) $22.00/hr

Senior (3+ yrs, craft cocktails/high-volume)

$26.00/hr Lead Bartender (setup/breakdown, oversight) $30.00/hr

 

SCULLERY

Mid-Level (familiar with catering kitchen flow) $18.00/hr

Senior (fast, reliable, multi-station support) $20.00/hr

 

ASSISTANT CHEF

Mid-Level (1–3 yrs, mise en place) $22.00/hr

Senior (3+ yrs, hot/cold line execution)

$26.00/hr Sous Chef – Event (full execution oversight) $30.00/hr
