Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Technician – Apartment Turn & Landscaping Support

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Temporary Maintenance Tech to assist with apartment turns and basic landscaping for about a month. This role involves preparing vacant units for new residents and helping maintain the exterior grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs (patching holes, changing filters, etc.)

• Clean and prep vacant units

• Replace hardware, blinds, and light fixtures

• Haul trash and debris from units

• Assist with mowing, trimming, and other general landscaping tasks

• Support the maintenance team with other turn-related duties

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or apartment turn experience preferred

• Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work
