Quality Inspector – Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process. This role ensures products meet required specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements. The ideal candidate is thorough, organized, and skilled in using measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using measurement tools.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain traceability and quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming material, ensuring proper containment and routing through quality processes.
• Follow quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria consistently.
• Maintain calibration readiness of inspection tools and keep the inspection area clean and organized.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Basic computer skills for entering inspection data and completing documentation.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

• Prior experience performing visual and dimensional inspections in a manufacturing or quality environment.
• Hands-on experience using measurement instruments and manual inspection techniques.
• Experience working within a quality management system (AS9100 or similar preferred).
• Familiarity with documenting non-conformances and following established quality processes.
