Pay: $14 - $18/hour DOE

Position Overview:
A growing medical practice is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Associate to support community outreach, patient engagement, and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable building relationships within the local community. The Marketing Associate will assist with promoting the practice, coordinating marketing initiatives, and strengthening the practice’s presence both online and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns for the practice

• Maintain and update social media platforms and website content

• Coordinate community outreach efforts with local businesses and organizations

• Help organize promotional events, health fairs, and patient education initiatives

• Create marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns

• Track and report basic marketing metrics and campaign performance

• Support reputation management including online reviews and patient engagement

• Ensure all marketing materials align with the practice’s brand and messaging

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) preferred

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable interacting with community partners and representing the practice professionally

• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills:

• Content creation and social media management

• Event coordination or community outreach

• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)

• Basic analytics and reporting
