Job Overview:
Our client, a distributor of medical supplies and instruments, is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative with a strong “go-getter” attitude. This role focuses on selling and upselling medical instruments while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and upsell medical instruments and supplies to existing and potential customers
• Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Track and manage sales activities and customer information
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively recommend solutions
• Stay organized while managing multiple customer accounts and requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
• Comfortable working on a computer and managing emails throughout the day
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
