Express Employment is looking to for a Leasing Agent. This position is temporary with the possibility of it being temp to hire. 

Pay: $18/Hour

Location: Oroville, Ca 

Work Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 12 PM – 4 PM

Job Description:

• Basic Leasing of units, touring the property and unit with potential applicants
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Reporting issues, assisting customers/residents with concerns
• Computer data entry and assisting with signing paperwork
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 year of current office experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
